Riverside Carpentry build all the garden rooms ourselves enabling you to have any size or shape that you want - its about what suits you and your garden.

We will visit you and your garden to establish your exact requirements ensuring your room is personalised to suit your needs - whether as an office, gym, games room or summer house.

Walls - 100mm thick layered section including redwood exterior cladding, battened air gap, high specification 50mm Celotex foil backed insulation and solid soft white wall lining. Further options of external cedar cladding available.

Floor - insulated floor with damp proof membrane and plywood ready for your personal floor coverings (laminate/vinyl/carpet)

Roof - as per walls with EDPM single layer roof covering.

Windows/doors - UPVc or aluminium manufactured to BS7412 with high security locking systems. Available in a choice of colour.

Electrics - all wired with electric double sockets (quantity of your choice), a fluorescent light fitting (can be upgraded to down lights if required) and an electric wall heater (making it a comfortable working environment all year round)
